Festival Nadeshicon 2014 is proud to offer you a chance to win one of five pairs of tickets to go see Anohana The Movie: The Flower We Saw That Day presented by Aniplex of America on February 9th and 12th at Cinéplex Odéon of Sainte-Foy in Quebec City! If you win, you must arrive 15 to 45 minutes in advance and get your tickets next to the person that tares tickets at the entrance.

You have until February 7th at 7:00 PM to share, like and leave a comment on this post. We’ll reveal the winners at the end of the same evening. We will be present at Cinéplex Odéon of Sainte-Foy to distribute the tickets to the winners during the presentation on the 9th of February from noon to 12:40 PM and on the 12th from 18:45 PM to 19:20 PM. Be sure to bring an ID card so we can confirm who you are.
The movie will be presented in Japanese with English subtitles.
Organizers of Festival Nadeshicon 2014 as well as the administrative comittee of Club Animé Québec cannot participate in this contest.

Kermesse Anime and Maid Cafe : Regulations of University Laval
The Kermesse Anime will soon be held (December 7th), but this announcement is for those who will wear a costume during our fundraising activities (which include The Kermesse Anime and the Maid Café, among others). We have to remind you that the rules of Université Laval state that: “all objects that the shape, size or design may looks like a firearm or an edged weapon are prohibited. This includes, for example, guns, knife and others plastics toys. Even if these are colorful objects or have other features that may seems that they are not breaking the rules, they still can be misleading for some people.” Therefore, we would appreciate if you follow the rules. If not, we will confiscate and locked the object until the departure of the offender (who will be able to leave with his object) Thank you again for understanding!

Dans le cadre des 3 Clubs pour Une Journée, Nadeshicon organise un Maid Café!
Les maids et les butlers seront là pour vous servir, autant pour le dîner, le souper que les grignotines entre temps!
Venez vivre l’expérience de vous faire servir par des maid et des butlers, tout en passant une bonne journée avec nous! Le menu sera disponible sous peu!
Ce Maid Café se tient lors des 3 Clubs pour Une Journée, évènement qui réunit le Club Animé Québec, les Seigneurs de Naguère et le Club de Go. Ces trois clubs organisent également des activités pour vous!
Notez également la gracieuse participation du Fanamanga, autant pour la nourriture que pour certains accessoires!

Second “Supper Between Conventions”
Hello everyone!
Quebec’s cosplayers are organizing a second “supper between conventions”! It will be held the 13th of October, during the afternoon and the evening.
In the afternoon you will be able to : meet Mel Go during her autographing session in honor of the release of Cétacia II in front of l’Imaginaire. You will, of course, be more than welcome to come and see us at the Nadeshicon’s information table that will also be in front of the store L’Imaginaire (Place Laurier).
For the supper you will have fun at : eating with everyone at the Casey’s restaurant! People who bring a copy of Cétacia II will benefit of a special discount!
Don’t forget to come and have fun with us in October!

Imaginaire’s Cosplay
Hi everyone!
We’ll be at Place Laurier for the Cosplay event of L’Imaginaire!
This event will be held on September 8th evening, starting at 6 PM. The registration will begin at 12 PM for the evening activities. L’imaginaire will be open exceptionally for business during all the event.
We’ll have a table there, so come see us!
