How the refund works

After completing 4 hours of volunteer work, half the value of your badge will be refunded.

After completing 8 hours of volunteering, the full amount paid for your badge will be refunded. A badge must therefore be purchased in advance.

Specifics of volunteering for the IEP

IEP (International Education Program) students volunteering as part of the program will be offered the option of a free temporary badge for volunteering, if they so wish. However, they will have to hand in their badge outside their volunteering hours, and will therefore not be able to take part in the festival’s activities.

Eligible volunteers choosing this option will not be reimbursed for their free badge; however, after 8 hours of volunteering, they will be offered their badge permanently and at no cost, and will be able to participate in activities.
